Does joy make you anxious?
That’s okay.
Let’s start by noticing where it lives.
Tracking Joy is a free 25-page guide created for the cautious heart, the one that’s still healing, still grieving, still wondering if joy is even meant for you.
This isn’t a workbook.
It’s not a mindset hack.
It’s a soft, daily invitation to witness joy in the wild for one week as reminder that joy still exists.
To see it without needing to hold it.
To track it like a wildlife guide: gently, curiously, without pressure to perform or pretend.
To learn about the different categories of joy and maybe explore a couple for yourself.
Because joy isn’t a reward for healing.
It’s part of what helps us heal.

How To Let The Good Moments Count
A gentle guide for people who don’t feel joy the way others seem to.
Have you ever wondered if joy might be for other people, but not for you?
I get it. Believe me, I do. I used to believe that something might be wrong with me because I couldn’t just let joy in. Instead of feeling joyful, I’d think about it. Things like:
I’m happy for them.
That’s exciting.
Things are easier now, but I better not get too comfortable.
I understand now why my mind protected me from joy. When you’ve grown up editing yourself into something smaller for the people around you, good moments can feel like a trap. Like there’s another shoe just waiting to drop. But good moments aren’t inherently something to be skeptical of, they’re meant to be enjoyed. That’s why I put together this 14-page guide, How to Let the Good Moments Count.
The guide contains three practices that are designed to be intentionally simple, non-performative, and not overwhelming. Each one builds on the last, so it is recommended you complete them in order. Feel free to do them as many times as you like. Each bit of practice helps to build your stamina for letting the good parts of your life stay in your awareness a little longer.
You deserve to let the moments in your life count, especially the good ones.
